This rust was caused by scratches from a razor blade that was not prepped and primed during prior installation. To clean this up added 1.5 hrs to the job, and an added expense to the original quote. |

Previous installer did not prime where the paint was scratched, therefore causing this rust which would eventually cause it to leak. |

This vehicle came in with a severe leak. Upon removal of the windshield this is what we found, extreme rust on the pinchweld, due to improper prep & prime on previous install. Damage this bad will require it to be fixed at a body shop before a windshield can be installed. |
