Chapman Auto Glass has over 15 years of certified installation experience and provides the highest service and quality available at a fair and affordable price. Chapman Auto Glass uses Original Equipment (OE) and OE quality glass such as Carlite, PPG, Guardian, Mopar, and LOF when performing your auto glass replacement. All installations are completed using Dow Automotive urethanes, preps and primers that allow for a 1 hour safe drive away time such as Essex One and Essex Express.
What does that mean to you the customer? Simple…. that means less down time for you and your vehicle. That also means your cracked or broken windshield and auto glass replacement is being performed using the same brand and quality of urethanes and primers as 70% of the original vehicle manufacturers in the world.
We refuse to sacrifice your safety (refer to FMVSS 208, 212, 216, and 219) to compete with a lesser quality auto glass installation that could put your loved ones at risk in the event of an accident. Because we strictly adhere to all time and temp requirements of the manufacture, in shop service may be required during times of inclement weather such as rain, snow or temps below the recommended levels. Ignoring these factors will greatly increase your chances of problems including failure of your windshield’s retention.
Chapman Auto Glass has been approved by and is a preferred provider for most of the major auto insurance providers. We can bill your insurance provider directly, so you get your glass taken care of with no money out of pocket above your deductible (if applicable). If you carry liability coverage only and therefore do not have glass coverage, our services are affordably priced and we accept Cash, Check, Visa and Mastercard. As an added benefit, when you have your windshield replaced with Chapman Auto Glass, we will repair 1 rock chip (if repairable) free of charge if received within the first year of installation of your new windshield (in shop repair only) .
Any experienced auto glass company will tell you it is always better to address glass problems sooner rather than later. Left untreated that small ding or crack can suddenly expand and create an unsafe environment in your vehicle. Since most auto insurance policies include glass coverage, your out-of-pocket expenses are low or nothing.
We offer in-shop service at our auto glass center located at 320 Euclid Ave in Des Moines as well as mobile services to our customers to either their home or work.
